Local Partnership

For more than 30 years, Precise Industries has maintained an active workforce development partnership with Greater Lowell Technical High School. Founder and owner Chuck Dehney — a Greater Lowell Tech graduate himself — built the organization around hands-on training and talent development from the beginning. Since opening in 1986, Precise Industries has continuously hired students from the Metal Fabrication and Precision Machining programs through the school’s cooperative education pipeline. Many of those trainees have advanced into full-time roles and long-term careers within the company.

Chuck has also served for many years on Greater Lowell Tech’s Metal Fabrication Advisory Board, providing industry guidance and direct alignment between real-world manufacturing standards and the program’s curriculum, equipment, and operational priorities.
